The batching capacity is provided by the PLD1600 batching machine, and the screw conveyor has a productivity of 80t/h. This machine is composed of various components including a conveyor belt, cement silo/cement tank, screw conveyor, PLD batching machine, twin-shaft mixing host, intelligent computer control room, and metering system.

The JS1000 concrete mixer host is equipped with a dust collector that performs automatic dust collection, dehumidification, exhaust air, and returns the collected dust to the host for reuse, ensuring an excellent dust collection effect. The water supply system uses a water pump for water supply, accelerating the water flow speed and ensuring even spraying.
